To Report a Claim:

In the event you need to file a claim, please call

Have your "G.R.I.P." plan number and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available.

NO CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT UPON US FOR 90 DAYS* AFTER DATE OF PLAN INCEPTION.

*New vehicles and renewals excluded.

Provided the replacement is covered by the "G.R.I.P." plan, MAGI, LLC® will issue a Claim Authorization Number.

We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle before any replacement begins and reserve the right to have the vehicle moved to a replacement center of our choice.

There are no deductibles under the "G.R.I.P." plan. MAGI, LLC® has the option to pay

  1. The cash value of damaged glass
  2. The cost to replace the damaged glass during normal business hours with materials of like kind and quality.
Service will be completed as quickly as possible.
